Before starting invertedCreative, Michael was Vice President of Media Services at www.MediaRiver.com, a Chicago-based contextual search engine information provider. Prior to his time with MediaRiver, Michael was President and Partner at www.Tecture.net, a Chicago-based web design and development company; where he grew annualized revenue from $100K to over $1MM. He has also served as President and CEO of ARA Services Corporation, an online used-parts exchange that delivered solutions to mid-market automotive recyclers. As the turn-around CEO, Michael set goals, built the team, carried out the business plan, and achieved desired profitability.
Before ARA, he worked as General Manager for www.ChoiceParts.com, an online search engine for locating auto parts. He came to ChoiceParts from CCC Information Services, a provider of software services to the insurance industry, where he last served as Director of New Business Development.
Michael is also the Co-Founder and Treasurer of the Big Idea Forum, a non-profit association that connects serial entrepreneurs with emerging business opportunities in Chicago. Michael is a photographer as well. His work has been published in International Library of Photography – Casing Dreams. He received his B.S. in Marketing from Bradley University.
